I have to ask. A Hobbit weekend ???

A Hobbit weekend? Hehehe. Once in every two months I play Dungeons & Dragons with a group of friends (for over ten years already). And this Saturday we went to see the Tolkien movie The Hobbit, prelude to the Lord of the Rings-movies. Haven’t you heard about it?
I LOVED IT and want to see it again.
Oh yes…I know The Hobbit..after all it was filmed here in NZ…just wondered if your Hobbit weekend was a special thing – that you dressed up funny/went to a special place…you know !!!
Hahahaaa, no, I’m not that much into dressing up. You mean with floppy hairy feet and pointy ears?
I can almost see us jumping around, waving wands and wearing invisibility rings. We just went to the movies *hugs*

No not yet…although I loved Lord of the Rings…and the movies I was never really a big fan of The Hobbit. Much rather see the latest James Bond flick.
Sky Fall you mean? Have seen that too. It is good! Lots of action.

Hobbit ? Hit or Miss? I’ve heard mixed.
Hit hit hit! I loved being back in the atmosphere of the Lord of the Rings. It was fun, exciting, epic and just great. I’m not saying that is is perfect like Tolkien would have directed it, but I simply love it. Only hated the stupid 3D glasses, they weighed heavily on my poor ol’ nose.
